HELP DESK SERVICES

It is extremely important tao us that you have access to help when you need it. We pride ourselves on being available, answering the phone with a live person as frequently as possible. We’re so committed to this that when a call comes in, it rings all our technical engineers’ phones at once. This allows the first available person can take the call!

If for some strange reason we don’t answer the phone, leave a message and we’ll return your call right away. If we know the office is going to be empty for any reason we forwarded the office number to our cell phones, and if an email is preferred you can drop us a line at helpdesk@kybersystems.com. Any email sent to this address auto creates a ticket in our ticketing system.
